Usage and feature:
I: Machine frame feature
This hydraulic press has four-column type and frame type. The body of four-column type composed of upper beam, ram (movable beam, slider), bottom beam, main cylinder and columns. The three beams are all welding by high quality steel plate, and connect by four columns. The columns make by high intensity alloy steel, the column surface has hard chromium plating and good abrasive resistance. The ram adopts high precision guide rail, adjustment of high precision, good rigidity, after adjustment precision are less running deviation phenomenon.

II: The hydraulic and electrical system of machine
This series hydraulic press has an independent hydraulic system and electrical system, Electrical system used button centralized control, can be achieved fixed stroke and fixed pressure two forming process. It has pressure display, stroke and pressure adjustment functions etc.  And it also used computer control (programmable logic controller (PLC)), electronic ruler control stroke accuracy of flow rate and proportional valve control the speed pressure. III: Usage of machine
