Usage and feature:
I: Machine frame feature
This hydraulic press is high precision frame type structure. The frame and beams are all welded by high-quality steel plate, the guiding of ram (moveable beam, slider) used high precision guide rail to up and down move. Guide rail block have high brass guide plate with self-lubricating function. The main cylinder part adopts multi-cylinder structure, big worktable, and fast speed running; making the products in the process of press stress more uniform.

II: The hydraulic and electrical system of machine
This series hydraulic press has independent hydraulic control system and electrical control system, electric system used button centralized control, can be achieved adjustment and semi-automatic operation, and equipped with PLC programmable control and touch screen. It is easy and convenience to operation, and has fast speed descend, slow speed descend, slow speed press, fixed pressure, fixed stroke, keep-pressure delay, exhaust and blow functions. The press pressure and stroke   (using displacement sensor) can be adjusted freely according to process requirements within the prescribed scope. Both side ram is equipped with advanced safety locking device, can be in multiple locations to stop, in front and back of the worktable equipped with vertical and horizontal grating protection device, ensure the safety of  operation, change the mould, the personal maintenance.
The hydraulic press body is square corner shape, beautiful appearance. The power system adopts advance cartridge valve II integrated system, compact structure, reliable and sensitive operation, convenient adjustment and maintenance, high degree of generalization.

III: Usage of machine
Special hydraulic press for automotive trim is also one of our companys main products in recent years. This series hydraulic press is designed for automotive trim and applicable to all kinds of automobile trim (automobile interior parts) such as: automotive headliner interior decoration, carpet, insulation board, exterior trim press forming and similar as forming process etc.  It can also be used for other metal pieces of pressing, forming and so on.
