During the 12-month warranty period starting from the date of acceptance, major components are covered by the “Three Guarantees” policy (repair, replacement, and refund).

If users request after-sales service due to product quality issues (submitted in writing or by fax), our after-sales service personnel will arrive at the customer’s site within 24 hours (within China) to provide replacement and repair.

For equipment damage caused by reasons other than our product quality issues, we are still willing to provide technical services to customers. After the warranty period expires, we will continue to be responsible for after-sales service of the products supplied.

Maintenance and Safe Operation:

• Use hydraulic oil L-HL32/GB1118-89. When the temperature is below 20°C, use universal N32/GB3141; when above 30°C, N46/GB3141 can be used. It is recommended to use 32 or 46 grade anti-wear hydraulic oil within an operating oil temperature range of 15–60°C.

• Hydraulic oil must be strictly filtered before being added to the oil tank.

• Replace the working hydraulic oil once a year, with the first replacement no later than three months after initial use.

• The slide block should be regularly lubricated; the exposed surfaces of the columns should be kept clean, and machine oil should be sprayed before each operation.

• At a nominal pressure of 500 tons, the maximum allowable eccentricity of the concentrated load is 40 mm. Excessive eccentricity may cause column damage or other adverse effects.

• Calibrate and inspect the pressure gauge every six months.

• For long-term machine shutdowns, all machined surfaces should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil.

• Persons unfamiliar with the machine’s structure, performance, or operating procedures must not operate the machine without authorization.

• During machine operation, maintenance and mold adjustments are not permitted.

• If serious oil leakage or other abnormalities occur (such as unreliable movements, excessive noise, vibration, etc.), the machine should be stopped immediately to analyze the cause and resolve the issue; the machine must not be operated while faulty.

• Overloading or exceeding the maximum allowable eccentricity is strictly prohibited.

• Do not exceed the slide block’s maximum stroke. The mold closed height must never be less than the minimum die opening.

• Electrical equipment grounding must be firm and reliable.

• At the end of each workday, lower the slide block to its lowest position.
